We TRY to be available at convenient times when our critters are ready to go home.

- If you agree to a day and time to pick up your critters PLEASE show up, if you don't it stresses the animals (we try to catch them and have them ready to go when you say you will be here) and waste our time catching/ releasing and waiting around for you to show up.
- PLEASE bring the correct amount to cover your balance due. We DO NOT always have change.
- PLEASE read your invoice, if you have paid a deposit through PayPal, it is a DEPOSIT -you will have a balance due when you receive your critters.
