We have placed an order for chicks. They should be arriving the first week in February.
We order chicks from the hatchery. We order them as pullets only (females). We DO get our pullets vaccinated for Mereks. We will raise them for you for as long as 8 weeks. At this point they will have started to feather out and will not require heat lamps. With this order they will be 8 weeks old the weekend before easter!!!
We are located South of Pueblo. You can pick them up just about any time. We usually make it up to Pueblo about once a week, we can make arrangements to meet you on the north end of town at Sams Club. And we will also be making a trip up to either Fountain or the Springs right before Easter. It will either be the weekend prior to Easter or the weekend of.
If we are meeting you with chicks you must purchase a minimum of 5 pullets. This gives them a better chance of survival as they will huddle to keep warm.
In the past we have sold these very fast. If you are interested and would like to place a deposit on chicks let us know and we will send you an invoice, through PayPal for the deposit. 50% of your total order. Pullets are $8.00 each.
